Does an AERA stainless steel pan stick?
It depends on technique. Preheat the pan properly, add your oil at the right moment, and food releases cleanly every time. Stainless steel reaches higher temperatures than non-stick, delivering a perfect sear and the Maillard reaction that actually develops flavour.
What's the difference with a £30 vpan?
Single-layer vs tri-ply. A cheap stainless pan has no aluminium core — the centre heats differently from the edges, leaving hot spots and uneven cooking. AERA uses full-clad tri-ply construction: even heat across the entire surface, every time.
Is the AERA pan compatible with all hobs?
